Hi, and welcome to Coscents.

Before you shop with us, here's the honest, plain-language version of how things work. No legal jargon we don't need — just what you should know.

Who we are
Coscents is a small, Rawalpindi-based studio making candles and fragrances in limited batches. Everything is made with care, in small runs — which means once something sells out, it might take a little time to come back.

Placing an order
When you order, we'll do everything we can to get it to you as described. Once in a while — a stock mix-up, a pricing error, something outside our control — we may need to cancel or adjust an order. If that happens, we'll always reach out and let you know, not just leave you wondering.

Prices & payment
All prices are in PKR and can change from time to time as our ingredients and packaging costs do. You can pay via Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or other options shown at checkout.

Limited batches
Some scents are released as limited drops — once they're gone, they're gone until the next batch. If you love something, don't wait too long.

Delivery
We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times will be shared when you order. Courier delays happen sometimes and are out of our hands, but we'll always help track things down if something feels off.

Returns
Covered separately in our Return & Refund Policy — 7 days from delivery, no drama.

Using our products safely
Burn candles on a heat-safe surface, never unattended. Perfumes are for external skin use — if anything irritates you, stop use. Basic common sense, but we have to say it.

Our stuff is our stuff
Our name, logo, photos, and product names belong to Coscents. Please don't lift them without asking — we're happy to chat if you want to collab.

One more thing
We may update these terms occasionally as the brand grows. If you keep shopping with us after an update, that means you're on board with the new version.
