Return & Refund Policy

At Coscents, we want you to love your candles and fragrances. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective.
  • Candles must be unburned and undamaged to qualify for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all return requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you in this case.

How to Request a Return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp/Instagram DM or email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our Rawalpindi facility (return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item was damaged/incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash — please share your details when we confirm the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used perfumes and candles (except for defects)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during limited-batch/clearance drops
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
Want a different scent instead? We're happy to exchange unopened items within the 7-day window, subject to availability.
